Michelle is a welcomed member of the professional staff at Diel Counseling. She is the senior staff member and is responsible for a variety of services. Michelle performs DUI & alcohol and drug evaluations, Secretary of State Update Evaluations, facilitates risk education classes, and facilitates the agency's recovery group. Michelle is also highly recommended for the mental and behavioral health services she offers. Having received her Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from Eastern Illinois University, Ms. Humel is a Licensed Professional Counselor and also holds State Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Michelle brings humor and compassion that is welcomed by clients experiencing difficulties. Her dedication to both her clients and the agency makes her a true asset for the facility.
Crystal holds her State Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and continues to seek updated information and knowledge in the field. She is an asset to Diel Counseling as she brings with her the compassion, understanding and commitment needed to assist her clients in reaching their individual goals and having a successful outcome. Crystal is responsible for assisting clients with DUI evaluations, court ordered services and has expertise in the Secretary of State Hearing process. Crystal's dedication helps our office run smoothly and efficiently and ensure that our customers' needs are being met.
We welcome Rebecca to our team with the same enthusiasm she has to help others who may be struggling with addiction or a substance use related disorder. Rebecca completed an internship with us and we wouldn’t let her leave. She has compassion, empathy and a desire to help make a positive impact on those she meets. Rebecca facilitates the substance use disorders groups while she continues her studies. She may be the smiling face you first see when you come into the office.
